Why did TodayTech cancel my order?

We will always try our best to get a technician out to your location. If TodayTech is unable to confirm an appointment for your service request, you may be asked to provide additional appointment availability.

Occasionally, we are unable to cover your location with an available tech, and need to cancel the service request. We will let you know and follow up with a cancellation confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
