Your tech will arrive at the time of your confirmed appointment.
When requesting your service, you will be asked to provide your appointment availability date and time. Once TodayTech allocates your service request with a skilled technician an order update will be sent out via email confirming your exact appointment date and time.
In the case your tech is running late, we will do our best to notify you via SMS of any expected delay. If your tech happens to be running late and you have not received any delay notification, please call Support on 1300 666 999.
