How do I know which tech is assigned to my appointment

Once a tech is assigned to your service request, you will receive an email with a note added to your order confirming your appointment time along with the tech’s name.

You can also view your service request status online by logging into My Account. Once you are logged into your account, click on the Orders tab. Select the upcoming order you wish to view to see the appointment information and tech that will be servicing your request.
