How am I billed for service?

You’ll be asked to provide a payment method (credit / debit card) during the booking of your service request. When your service is complete, your tech will ask you to verbally acknowledge the successful completion of the order. Once you confirm the completion of your service, you will then be charged.

If your tech was unable to complete the service for any reason, they will inform TodayTech and our support specialists will be in touch to discuss your options.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please let the tech know and you will not be charged. Our Support specialists will be in touch to find out how we can ensure your satisfaction.
