When you schedule your appointment:
- You confirm that nobody in your premises has symptoms or has been exposed to someone with symptoms.
- No cancellation or rescheduling fees: If your status changes, please contact us immediately to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will waive any cancellation fees. If you need to reschedule your service date/time, please call us at 1300 666 999.
- Our technicians perform an online health check each time they accept a new appointment. They also confirm that they do not show any symptoms and have not been exposed to anyone with symptoms.
During your appointment:
- During your appointment, please be aware of the following safety precautions:

- Wears a mask and/or face shield
- Sanitises hands before the appointment
- Will not shake hands
- Practices social distancing at all times
- Cleans all surfaces that were touched before leaving
- Service completion will only require verbal confirmation and no signature will be needed
You
- Sanitise the work area before the technician arrives
- Wear a mask during the appointment
- Do not attempt to shake hands
- Ventilate the room by opening a window whenever possible
- Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from the technician at all times
