Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

The health & safety of our customers and technicians is most important. Learn about the precautions we are taking to keep our customers and technicians safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

When you schedule your appointment:

  • You confirm that nobody in your premises has symptoms or has been exposed to someone with symptoms.
  • No cancellation or rescheduling fees: If your status changes, please contact us immediately to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will waive any cancellation fees. If you need to reschedule your service date/time, please call us at 1300 666 999.
  • Our technicians perform an online health check each time they accept a new appointment. They also confirm that they do not show any symptoms and have not been exposed to anyone with symptoms.

During your appointment:

  • During your appointment, please be aware of the following safety precautions:

Your Technician

  • Wears a mask and/or face shield
  • Sanitises hands before the appointment
  • Will not shake hands
  • Practices social distancing at all times
  • Cleans all surfaces that were touched before leaving
  • Service completion will only require verbal confirmation and no signature will be needed

You

  • Sanitise the work area before the technician arrives
  • Wear a mask during the appointment
  • Do not attempt to shake hands
  • Ventilate the room by opening a window whenever possible
  • Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from the technician at all times

What to do if you need to reschedule:

  • If you need to reschedule your service date/time, please visit your account page at call us at 1300 666 999.
  • No cancellation or rescheduling fees: If your status changes, please contact us immediately to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will waive any cancellation fees.
